私達は日本語の文章は仮名文字、カタカナ、漢字、英字を混ぜて使います。

日本語の基本文字は仮名文字です。
A Japanese basic character is a Japanese syllabary character.
46文字あります。
There are 46 characters.
漢字は6355文字使います。
The Chinese character is used by 6355 characters.
実際には約200000字あると言われています。
It is actually said that there are about 200000 characters.
2.仮名文字と漢字について

漢字は同じ読み方で、意味が違う漢字が沢山あります。
The Chinese character is the same pronunciation, and has a lot of Chinese characters with a different meaning.
例えば、(autumn)は日本語では(aki)と言います。
For instance, (autumn) is called (aki) in Japanese.
(aki)と同じ読み方の漢字は5つあります。
There are five Chinese characters of the same pronunciation as (aki).
それらから目的の漢字を選びます。
A target Chinese character is chosen from them.

5.キーに表示されている文字について

日本語キーボードのキーには、英字、英字記号、仮名、仮名記号の4種類が表示されています。
Four kinds (the alphabet, the alphabet sign, the Japanese syllabary, and the Japanese syllabary sign) are displayed in the key to a Japanese keyboard.
それらを色分けしています。

英字は青色

まず仮名文字を入力します。
First of all, the Japanese syllabary character is input.

仮名文字を目的の漢字に変換します。
The Japanese syllabary character is converted into a target Chinese character.

1-2を繰り返して文章を作成します。
Sentences are made repeating 1-2.
パソコンは最初は英字入力モードになっています。
The personal computer is an alphabet input mode first.
左のキーは日本語入力モードと英語入力モードを切り替えます。
A left key switches the Japanese input mode to an English input mode.

It changes to the Japanese input mode pushing a left key.

仮名文字を入力する
The Japanese syllabary character is input.
space keyを押して仮名文字を漢字に変換する

A target Chinese character is chosen pushing space key.
enter keyを押して漢字を決定する
The Chinese character is decided pushing enter key.

実際に文字入力をする時は、さらに複雑な方法が必要です。
When the character is actually input, a more complex method is necessary.

一般的なキーボードは文字の位置を覚えるのが難しい。
It is difficult for a general keyboard to remember the position of the character.
